I used to be a loan officer. Still work in a bank. Heh.
I figure my personal situation is karma for being a strict, no-nonsense lender and for popping cars and foreclosing on houses. I'm thinking I'll get a lecture at my 341 for this very reason.
Actually, in my defense, if a borrower called me and told me they were having problems, I always worked with them. Usually I worked with them past the point my co-workers would.

Trustees don't need be Attorneys as they have Attorneys on their staff. However, it helps when appearing in court to have been entered as a practicing attorney to that court.
My trustee was the only one at the podium opposite other attorneys, during my confirmation hearing.
To make it even more fun... there are Trustees who become Bankruptcy Judges, and vice versa!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
