I'm going to try. I'm waiting for the paralegal to call me back. I'm hoping they didn't report anything on my credit for this either. I was going to pull a report again anyway, but last time I checked there was nothing on there.

Factcheck: Senator Obama voted against the 2005 bankruptcy bill - one of 24 Democrats and 1 independent to do so. Senator McCain voted for it - one of 55 Republicans, 18 Democrats, and 1 independent to do so.

See http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=s2005-44 for the full Senate vote senator by senator.

Must be an election year. I still blame them both.

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Both candidates are not so great, but which is the lesser evil?

My mom was saying Obama-Biden should be Biden-Obama.
Eh, I actually registered this year, never have before. Still undecided on who to vote for.

And as far as the HOA, I actually got a call from their attorney and not the paralegal. They may accept a settlement offer, she said to name an amount and I guess it will go from there. I've not called her back yet, she said to take all the time I needed up til the time period per her letter. Lovely.
