I was talking about the OP. I was making a joke that 2 or 4 flats are better then 1 UST.

Sorry about your problems. Good luck

      Hi BR:

I apologize very much. I'm just a little bit *testy* right now. Thank you for understanding.

Try just deciding to file, almost paying the lawyer off, and then receiving a notice from the IRS that they are going to audit not ONE, but TWO, tax years.

That's what my curse was and it delayed my filing. I can't tell you how much time, ink, and money I sweated through that and in the end I owe them nothing.

I just need this year to be over.

Oh, Epiphany, I so understand that feeling. Last year (the year of the carjacking that brought us to this point), my hubby made this toast on new year's eve: "To 2007: May the door hit you in the a** on your way out".

            The curse struck..

Our water heater went out Wednesday night.

I must say even though I am somewhat of a computer geek and work in the office God has give some mechanical common sense.. I successfully replaced my first water heater yesterday. Bad news.. I could have used that money to pay for my lawyer.. Good news I knew it had to be done.. and I did it myself.. To do it my self costs a little over 300.00 and sore legs( crawl space).

I am curious how much it would have cost to have someone do it for me.

We've tried to have a sense of humor through this whole thing. When the a/c broke it just seem so..... absurd, for lack of a better word. Even though we almost ended up in divorce court the day prior to and the morning of the 341, we are getting through it.
