Well, my computer crashed (the new one I just bought 4 months ago). I had to get out my warranty book to give Dell a call.
I happened to notice that under "Things that are not covered" it states, "Products for which Dell has not received payment."
Seeing that made me remember a few posts I've seen in the past regarding whether a dell computer charged on a dell account would be honored under the warranty.
I would assume, according to that statement, the answer is no.
The good news, is this computer was not included in my BK, it wasn't even charged! And I found out it was a virus and after a little frustration, just finally used the recovery disk and reformatted the hard drive. Now its good as new.
