Filing Question

Our home is being Foreclosed on in Sept. Mine and my wife's name are on the home loan. Can I file Bankruptcy(chapter 13) and stop the forecloser, or does my wife have to file also? Thanks

Generally, in a chapter 13, the automatic stay applies to a co-debtor spoue even when the spouse is not filing for BK. But I don't know if the rules are different for a secured creditor.
