Question Include this settlement paid + charge off creditor in my BK/Matrix?

i have an item on my credit report that says it has been both settled/paid and charged off; do i include the creditor in my BK/on my matrix? there is the following creditor statement associated with the item in my report: "Account legally paid in full for less than full balance."

also, does anyone else see this paid settlement/charged off status as a contradiction or is this normal credit report stuff? i'm pretty new to my credit report (sadly).

Do you know if the item has been paid.

If you are certian the creditor has been paid, then you do not need to include that creditor in your BK. But if there is any doubt, include them. After all, there really is no harm to you for including them.

thank you for the response, and the advice. i'll include them i guess; i did pay them, but it was an agreed upon reduced amount. better safe than sorry?
