For me, credit debt got completely out of hand as a result of a few bad attacks of MRSA. The last major attack, I was living on antibiotics for 5 months and Oxycotin for what seems like it has been for several years. Banks would even loan me money withot any questions. In one case, one banker came to me and asked me if I wanted a loan. I was in such bad health, I couldn't even walk. I always budgeted out expenses, but when I was really sick, I couldn't even balance my check book register I have in Excel.

It is hard to believe 3 years and one month ago, we were debt free.
Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17

      Thanks.
Don't beat yourself up, and we're all in the same boat. No one here will blast you. It happens to the best of us
