    Assets

Hello, My case was discharged in February. Creditors had until March 3rd to file a claim against my assets. I received a letter on March 26th that they had extended the date until April 26th as there was an excess amount unclaimed. Will I receive a letter from the Trustee stating how my assets were split up? They said any unclaimed amount would be returned to me. Does this happen very often? Thanks.

Yes it does happen. Have you checked PACER for your account or contacted your lawyer?

      Thanks.

Thanks I did get on pacer. It shows the total amount claimed, and then the total amount allowed as $0.00. Does that mean that NONE of the claims were allowed? What do you think?

It could mean that the distribution hasn't happened, I'm not sure . Did you file with a lawyer, if so I'd call them, otherwise call the trustee's office and ask.
