conversion to 7

received letter today from 13 trustee advising me that i was behind in my payments and had 30 days to catch up, to refresh memory, was advised back in december by my 13 attorney not to send any more payments to trusttee as we would go for a 7 conversion, when i got the letter i immediately faxed it to my attorney, to my suprise got e mail from him stating that he would be filing the motion to convert to a 7 tomorrow, called him on phone and not available, should i be concerned withtthe letter and why in the heck has it taken so much tiome to file for conversion

BE ON THIS LIKE NO BODYS BUSINESS. I was in Ch13 for as long as 3 months, when I converted, it was like matter of minutes. I called the Trustee (his assistant) just to inquire if I should send an additional payment (of course just to cover my ars, I had sent one anyways). She said, no, don't send another payment we got the conversion! Hope the best for you! I even got back all my payments as my original plan was never confirmed and of course the Trustee had to take his cut, but I got close to 700 back! My unconfirmed plan had been 250 a month.
