Holy crap! I hope the IRS doesn't attend 341's. If so, that gives me reason to be extremely nervous. I'm filing next week and they are owed big time (non-dischargeable taxes) and still trying to stay ahead of a lien, garnishment or levy. I was planning to deal with them after the discharge.
