Update Address

How do you update your address with creditors/3rd party agencies trying to collect from you if you have no contact with them?

My situation is that I have moved and instead of sending mail to me they are sending it to my parents house who have no idea of what's going on.

pull your credit report and send them letters. I use truecredit and they list all the addresses on the 3in1 report.
