IRS Refund Check. What does this mean?

When I checked the status of my federal refund check from the IRS website it said:

    Refund Status Results:
"Your tax refund is scheduled to be mailed on March 28, 2008. If you do not receive the refund by April 25, 2008, please contact us again. We are unable to take any action until then."

About a week ago it said, they received it and were processing it. Do you guys think this could mean I could get my Federal refund before April 25th? I'm being hopeful and sure could use it for atty. fees and was just curious. Thanks.

If they are mailing it on 3/28, I'd guess you'll have it the following week.
    Filed C7: 3/21/08
    341 Meeting: 4/23/08
    Objections to discharge due: 6/23/08

Yeah, we got our refund within a couple of days of the date they stated it would be mailed.

The only reason why I ask is because I owe back taxes and just assumed they would keep this refund. I didn't expect to get it at all.

I guess I just wanted to know if "scheduled to be mailed" is IRS language for "it's still being processed" or if that meant that they printed it already and just needed to mail it by the 28th.
