converting 13 to 7

if and when i have my 341 converting 13 to 7, what kind of questions will trustee ask, i ghave been in 13 for 21 months of a 36 month payback

I recently converted from 13 to 7 and the trustee asked me why I had (bad first attorney, long story). Then he just asked me if I had over $2,000 in my account when I filed and if I had a winning lottery ticket. And that was it. It was easier than when I had my 341 for the chapter 13.

Same basic questions like your 341 in Ch13, and than "Why are you/did you convert," My answer was: "I don't see myself working 80 hours a week for the next 5 years," his reply, "I could understand THAT - chuckle."
