    How much interaction with Trustee?

Assuming you make all your payments on time, how often will you have interactions with the trustee throughout your plan?

My goal is to come up with a payment plan, pay on time, and do my best to be forgotten.

Is it possible I will never encounter the person again assuming the above?

Imbroke2, in a Chapter 7 you pretty much *have* to see the trustee at the 341 meeting. I've never heard of an employee subbing for him, though it may happen. In a Chapter 13, I don't know if you ever have to meet him/her personally or not.
Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!

I called the trustee when I got the letter stating what he wanted. I don't have paychecks, and had a question. My attorney said not to call him, but it was too late. I just clarified if my ledgers would acceptable. He was actually pleasant, and somewhat dumbstruck when I told him I had to pay places to work. So, maybe when he got my paperwork he realized I had to spend a lot of money to make money.

The day of the 341, my attorney was a few minutes behind schedule, he'd been in another town, and wanted to brief me and the other case he had. The trustee smiled at me and said I could enter the room, but my attorney told him he needed to brief to me.

I was told by my attorney that while the trustee was not my friend (no kidding), he was a straight shooter and didn't play games. That was good to know.

          trustee

I Received Notice That My Chapter 7 Was Being Audited And I Had To Sent Lots Of Papers To This Us Trustee. I Then Received Notice On The Pacer Web Site That Said That My Regular Trustee That I Met With At The 341 Meeting Entered And Filed A No Asset. Does This Mean That The Audit Is Over With Or Is That Going To Be A Different Report. I Am Very Worried And Can Not Sleep Thinking About This Audit.

I only saw someone from the trustee's office once and that was at the 341 meeting. Other than receivng our semi-annual statements, we never hear from the trustee and will not until the end which is okay by me. Any communication (2x) to the trustee has been done on my behalf by my attorney.

The best advice that I can give is to make all of your payments on time and stay way, way under the radar. I have and it works!!!!!
