I think I am supposed to get a settlement on this. I wonder if I even need to payif they go out of bussiness. What do you think. Wishful thinkin i am sure.

You might not have to pay anyway......are you filing a 7 or a 13? Have they asked to come get your furniture?

I would list them as unsecured and let it be on them to make a claim for the furniture. Very rarely does the repo man show up to get furniture...unless its very expensive!

opps, i see you already filed. Did you reafirm? If not then I would ignor them until they close and see what happens...ya never know. Again, usually if you haven't reafirmed and refuse to pay they won't likely pick it up...but anything is possible I guess.

It was supposed to be reaaffirmed but I haven't heard anything about it being repoed or paid for.
