My attorney was at the courthouse already. He was dressed in a suit and tie and I felt like a bum. I wore pants that had no button and button down shirt I've worn since 1992! LOL!
I didn't see him at first. There were several rooms inside the main room. He sat with me and rehearsed with me questions I might be asked to answer. He was very calm. I was so nervous!
When we went into the official room to wait to be called, there were other folks scattered around. At one point, I thought I saw an attorney turn over a mini hour glass that might have been a 2 or 3 minute timer!
Things went fairly smooth. I'm a no asset case.
So I'm keeping my fingers crossed. All that is left is 60 days (yay!) and to take that final financial course. Any suggestions on who to go with that is cheap to do that?
