I guess I wanted to make sure that when people came over there was no mistaking we had a cat - you won't be able to miss this guy once he's fully grown (which can take up to 4 years, he's about 15 months old now and already 12 pounds and bigger than our other domestic cat we got for free 12 years ago). All our other pets have been freebie/rescue types and when we get a puppy sometime in the near future, I'm sure that will be a freebie/rescue/pound puppy kind of guy.
