    BK is an insane game.
    It is when big creditor companies and their lobbyists were allowed to draft much of the current bk law and then flood Congress with money and false propaganda about only cheaters filing back in 2004 and 2005 to get it passed.

    The law's writers tied the bk law to the IRS standards on purpose so that more people would find it harder to file and then even if they did file, more would be forced into Ch 13 to repay creditors at least something. Backfired on them for the most part....one of the few sweet parts about what's happened in the bk world since Oct 2005.

    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
    Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      Could you clarify what you mean by "The law ties the values to the IRS values." I'm still a little confused.
