Well, I went down to the courthouse today, after weeks of sweating bullets and changing papers and all the rest, plunked my (momma's) cashier's check down on the counter, and filed....
I'm almost dizzy with relief -- at least now it's out of my hands for the most part.
Although I did get what I consider to be a tremendous compliment: as the clerk was shuffling through the papers (she knows I'm pro se as I've been there before doing PACER research) she sort of cocked an eyebrow like she was surprised, smiled, and said, "NICELY done." And then nodded in approval. She didn't even have to change the order the papers were in.
Dang, I couldn't have asked for more. Let's just hope the trustee feels the same way....
