question means test

i have a question about the means test. if no presumption arises, can the trustee still take a look at schedule I,J to try to force in a chapter 13 plan?

Supposedly, they can, but at least in my case, being about 30,000 below the median, they didn't. I had about $360 disposable on my I & J.

I'm 3 days from my last date for objections, and the trustee already asked to be released from my case.
