    Help from others fraudelent??

Can your parents, or anyone for that matter, loan someone a car while they are either facing bk, going through a plan, etc....???? I know the person driving would have to be on the insurance. Is that a problem if the parents are in another state?
    Would that be considered fraud?

    Thanks,

    Too much

It's NOT fraud......Anyone, parent, brother, sister, relative, friend, your neighbor, an lend you his/her car. You are not on the title, the car is not yours. Even though you might be put on his/her insurance policy as additional driver, the car is not yours.

We were driving my aunt and uncles SUV when we filed. We waited until we got our tax return and our discharge and bought the Explorer. It was never brought up because it was not our asset, we didn't have a payement for it. Quite simply it was not our vehicle and therefore had no bearing on our case.
As magyar123 said anyone can lend you their vehicle. You are not on the title, the car is not yours.
