    Personal Property List-NEED HELP

    I hate this part.
I live at home with parents, I did live in an apartment before.
I have basic furnishings bedroom set, computer, computer desk, but its all old.

Do I just make guess-stimates of the value?

    Did you guys include DVD's?

And clothes-I have a lot of that.

    Thanks guys!

Use garage sale values. Lump like things together.

    For example
    Bedroom Furnishings - $200,
    DVD's, Videos - $100,
    Computer, printer, ect - $300
    Office Furnature - $50
    Clothes - $150

You can also check out your exemptions. For example clothes in my state are completely exempt. So the value for them was completely random. I think our lawyer put down some stange number like $400. No way do I have $400 worth of clothes.

Colleen - also note that in MA you can use Federal Exemptions, which except for a primary residence are all better than what MA has to offer. You can chose either one - someone like lrprn can send you that link too if you can't find it in the "Exemptions" section.
