My cell phone is dying on me so I'll need to replace it. I'm in the midst of a two-year plan with AT&T but over the one-year warranty on the phone so I'll be charged full price for a new one. What's the limit on so-called "luxury" purchases again? I'll be using my debit card since I haven't used credit cards since March 16 :-)

The luxury purchase rule only applies to those purchases that you plan to discharge in your bankrupcty. You should be fine.Chapter 7 Pro Se....Discharged Feb. 2006 -
