    The whole purpose would be to get new credit with a creditor that was included in the original bankruptcy.

    I'm just asking the question and have no intentions doing it. Maybe I should ask another way...

    Can one get new credit with a creditor that was originally discharged? From what a few people have said, it's possible a few years post bankruptcy. I have a hard time believing that but, hey, I'm new at this.
