I can't say there is an end to everything all at once. Rather, things do end in their own good time & it gets better. I finally came to the conclusion one day that there will always be something and it helped me take on new challenges as they come.

The BK court nor your attorney neither one care whether you cancel your bank account or not. If you need to do that then do it!!! We have encourged you previously that your payday loan is just like any other unsecured debt! So unless you have taken a vacation to Hawaii or bought Diamonds and Pearls then don't sweat it! When you took the loan you intended to pay. That's why those loans have such high rates. They are last resort loan that people take in desperate situations. You are not the first person on the planet to take a payday loan then find themselve on the brink of a BK and in need of cancelling a bank account. You are not trying to hide funds from a trustee or shuffle money to hide it from a creditor. You are going to rightfully close a bank account that has had fraud committed on it. That is your right. You also have an unsecured debt with a payday loan company that will be included in a legal bankruptcy. Period. The end. Do what you to to do to make it through the day or the week or the month! If I were you (and of course I am not you and I am also not your attorney, I am just a person on a websit giving you my opinion) I would high tail it to the bank tomorrow and close that account so that no further fraud can occur and so that they cannot take the money for the payment of that payday loan!! Also I wouldn't renew that loan either. I really hope that things start looking up for you and I'm really sorry that you had that $200 taken out of your account. I'm sure the bank will refund the money, but I know the wait is very long and that is a lot of money!! Please keep us posted.
