Never showed up at ours and we had bought our washer and dryer on one of those no interest/ no payments for a year things. Our year wasn't quite up yet and we had only made mabey one or two payments and we never heard a peep out of them. Since we did buy it with the intention of paying it and had made so few payments we would have been willing to reafirm but no one contacted us ever.

Sears didn't show up at our 341 either. I think they were very aggressive a few years ago but realized that frankly they were wasting their time and money. Most folks had lawyers wise enough to know that Sears really wasn't going to come to the house to pick up your five-year-old stove or fridge

We bought a couple major kitchen appliances for the house we were selling. Had those installed in Aug '05, paid payments thru Dec '05, and filed BK in Sept '06.
Not one word from Sears.
As Lrprn said, Sears used to be very aggressive back in the day. Gave more than a few Old Law filers fits. They got into trouble for their harassing tactics and have backed off.
