But remember, you can't be sure they're actually posting the truth. The one piece that stands out that the UST may have found something is possibly calling in the parents.
That hints that they may be trying to hide stuff in their names or possibly preferrentially paying off a loan with them.
But liquidating an IRA doesn't fit that story, it would have been exempt. Because they're considering a Ch13 they can't afford means they've got large non-exempt assets. That's what the UST is chasing.
