When exactly does PACER send out bills?

It says quarterly on their site--when is that? Will they send a bill or debit my debit card? I was more than miffed when I checked my balance and it was $53!! I think I was obsessively checking things. . lol

they are pretty flexible. pay it in two installments or so.

I received an email notice and then about a month later, they debited my card.

thats weird, they have never debited my card in the 3 years that i have had my acount. i've always had to pay them....

Phew! Either way sounds like you get plenty of advanced notice. that's good. I would cry if they suddenly debited my account without notice . .
