I hope the filing goes good. Make sure that the lawyer knows about the new summons. However this should kill both . On Tuesday go and just give them your case number lawyer etc and mention the debt has been included. That should kill the trial .

hi kenny....agreed to a judgement settlement....was paying....filed case june5, 2007...before my case is closed, i am having the judgement avoided so even though the judgement is discharged, they will never be able to come after me...cost me an extra 150.00 but i want everything wiped out....

get the case #, take the 2nd counseling (whats that like?) and the creditor meeting. hope i got everything right

hi, thank you for all your replies. i filed last monday, i have my 341 date. i just got a form b10 "proof of claim" in the mail, and another thing saying my case is not subject for automatic dismissall. i think i understand the second one, but whats the b10, proof of claim for?

Form B10 is a form telling the bankruptcy court how much you owed a creditor when you filed bankruptcy. You fill one out for each creditor. These forms must be filed with the clerk of the bankruptcy court where the bankruptcy case was filed. hi, i filed with a lawyer, talked to him this evening, he said that was my copy of what the court sent all my creditors listed. since i dont know the current amounts of some of them maybe? he said i didnt have to do anything with it.

hi, i had my 341 today, took all of about 8 minutes. all simple, straight forward questions, nothing out of left field or anything. so am i in the 60 day club? is there a form for that somewhere?

btw, i used hummingbird for the 2nd counseling online, it took about 1.5 hours, in case anyone is that hasnt done it yet asks. the trustee was pleasant, if anyone in FL is getting ready for the 341, let me know and i'll tell you who it was ( i dunno if the forum allows saying names) and where the building is, etc. this is a great forum, its helped me a lot

i filed 7/23, had the 341 on 8/24, got my discharge in the mail TODAY!!!!
