Hello all. I'm new here and just have a question. How accurate is NDC13? Not really sure.

My info seems to be correct. I compare the info there to the info on Pacer for the claims. NDC shows what the attorney scheduled for the secured creditors, including his misinterpretation of one claim and then NDC shows what the creditor filed, which is more closer to what was actually owed. (Long story that I won't go into here).
There really is no way to check the payments, that I know of.
The only discrepancy that I have found is the trustee percentage. My plan calls for 10% but NDC is currently showing only 5.2%. I'm waiting to see if this changes after confirmation.
Is there something specifically that your are questioning?I used to have a life, now I have grandkids.

We did have one creditor showing with a much larger amount owed when our information was first posted. I notified our lawyer and he found out it was a clerical error - the entry was then corrected. Other than that, like Granny, our personal and creditor information on NDC is essentially correct. What our creditors who filed claims stated we owed was pretty close to what we thought it was - no way to get an exact match on our end because each of them was compounding interest daily and hitting us with late fees right and left as we filed....ugh!!
Do you see something on your NDC file pages that isn't correct? If you do, notify your lawyer right away so he can contact your trustee and have it corrected as soon as possible. If proof is necessary, gather your documentation and provide it to your lawyer right away.
Actually our NDC information also helped us catch about eight months into our plan that our trustee had paid a small amount to one of our creditors after their objection to our Ch 13 case was thrown out by our bk judge. Our trustee asked for the money back and got it back too!Last edited by lrprn; 06-04-2007, 09:43 AM.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
