I'm wondering if anyone is in MN...if you could offer any suggestions, insight, etc.? We are probably going to be filing for Ch. 13 bankruptcy in the near future, and I thought if anybody had any insight into Minnesota as far as bankruptcy goes, it would be nice to hear. Thanks much!! Sara

I corrected my post...it's ch 13 I meant to type, not ch 14(guess that's what I get for typing with a baby on my lap). Yeah was looking for attorney recommendations, anyone's recommendations on anything not to do or thatwe really should do specifically for MN....like if there are certain "rules" that make MN different than other states...I'm not really sure...just really nervous about this whole thing.
