Will Median Income Figures Change ?

I can't remember where I heard that the median income levels for each state they might be going up October 1st. Just want to see if anyone has heard the same.

I have'nt heard anything about October but they did just go up, I think it was March 1.

They also went up last October 1. However, I don't know if those are the dates it goes up every year or if those are just the last two dates the median increased.
