If you know the district they filed in you can just go to that court's ecf website and log in as usual. In the query section you just enter their last name and a list of all people with that name who have filed comes up. I'm not sure how many years back it goes cuz my in-laws who filed in the 80's weren't listed.
I felt so naughty!!

Heeeeee Heeeeee Heeeeee, I found my big brothers case (he even suggested a lawyer for me - but his lawyer was different), there were alot of last names by my last name, but I saw his wifes unique name so I was able to pinpoint down. I just took a quick peek, does it list anywhere how much a debtor was able to wipe out ?

I don't really know. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to look through all the info without accidentally getting charged for 80 pages. I'm already racking up a fortune looking for any change in my status 10 times a day waiting for my discharge!! I know, I know, you told me before, a watched pot never boils. But it has to boil eventually whether I'm watching or not so I'm gonna keep watching!!

Well someone suggested you just look click on the History and if the date since the last filing hasn't changed. STOP. I know how you feel, I just paid $30 for the quarter. I'm looking for the CLOSING, I know I've been discharged, but the CLOSING will complete everything and I feel I can breath again! Best of Luck!
