I sent in my money order on Feburary 21 but still do not have the cert. How long does it take?

We did our Pre and Post BK Counseling with CCCS of Atlanta. We paid via Debit Card thru their website and our Certs were emailed to us within 24 hours.
Dunno how long it takes if you mail in payment and they mail your Cert back to you.
With CCCS, we got more than a Cert each time. Our Pre BK packet had info and charts about our debts and income. The post BK packet had a booklet that contained the info included in the Counseling Session.
If you're getting a packet and not just the Cert, could be they mailed it 3rd Class or something like that. That would be the "Slow Boat to China" level of service.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

We used Hummingbird pre-filing also. They sent our certificate straight to our lawyer. Hmmm, think I might have used them too .. but I actually did a phone consultation that took about 30 minutes .. than within 10 minutes after I got off the phone the rep sent me a certificate via email ! THAT WAS QUICK ! The next day I retained my lawyer.
