Self employed/no spreadsheet

I have been self employed for the last 5 years. I had a cleaning service. I didn't even have to claim it. I could have kept it under the table, but I didn't want to get in trouble down the road. I did have a couple of commercial accounts but they were small ones.

Now I am seeing if I was ever self employed, I have to present a spreadsheet, who did the taxes (they were filed with our personal taxes).
I don't have a good bookkeeping system, but do have receipts for everything I claimed. Shoebox bookkeeping. My bad.

What do I do??????

I have not filed yet, but am going over the things I will eventually have to submit.
