    2 Questions for ya'll... Thanks

I've made a 3 different appointments with lawyers, but I have 2 questions for all of you.

Filing for my tax return this year, should i do it asap cause I believe I've read you lose it after you file?

I have one debt going to the National Arbitration Forum for about $2500, got a letter from their attorney and today I received a letter from the Forum giving me 30 days to respond. I feel I should somehow delay them, or let them know I'm filing bk.

Thanks for all your help in advance

Don't let any creditor know you are filing, because that gives them the benefit of possibly filing a lawsuit/judgement before you file Bk. If you can hold off and file after you've already collected you tax return (if you are expected one) than hold off! Because most Trustees, if you are in Ch13 see that as disposable income and will take it! Others will chime in here during the day with more Bk experience.
