The homes listed around here are mostly average homes. Quite a few are Mcmansions that cost well over $800,000 and are only three years old. Two are in forclosure, one with a chapter 7!!! I guess many folks are still getting in over thier heads. Keeping up with the "JONES SYNDROME!!
However, a good portion of the Chapter 7's seem to be in lower to average homes and apartments...It seems to be that NJ lists everyone.
