whee, what a week it has been
I haven't been on since last Sunday because my computer of only 3 years crashed 
Just got it back today with 250.00 less in our pockets
On top of this, my daughter gets hit by a tractor and trailer (he backs into her while on the interstate ramp) and then runs...she was so scared to death that she didn't get his plate number or see who the tractor belonged to before he was way to far gone
Now of course, I would have chased that creep know like a hound dog, but this is my 19 year old and she was just in tears. Hers is an old car so its the only one that we don't have collision on so we have to repair the damage ourselves..new fender, new mirror, repair door, etc. about 1000.00 worth but thank the Lord she is safe!
Well, our biggest news this week is we filed chapter 7 on Thursday. It took us a while to finally get the extra 700.00 to get it done (already paid 530.00) and all these extra expenses couldn't have come at a worst time.
My only fear now is being put into a chapter 13 (we are over the income for 7) if our expenses are challenged. Our lawyer seems to think one of our expenses may be challenged but overall he has a good feeling about it. He says that the trustees seem to trust them (the lawyers they see regular) in their fillings and don't question alot, but I'm still so worried Our 341 is on October 25th but don't know which time yet. He said we would be the 3rd or 4th to see the trustee and all his other cases are over the income also and that our case was the easiest one for him..... now that made me feel much better!
Well I've got tons of reading here to catch up on and guess I need to go check out pacer now
