    Motion for Post-Confirmation Fees

Motion for Post-Confirmation Fees is something I see filed when I log into Pacer. Should I be concerned. My attorneys office NEVER communicates with me. They are asking for $250 which is like 5 bucks a month on my 55 month plan. Not sure if its something i'll be billed for or if they will raise my monthly payments by $5

Do not worry about this. This may be the so-called "monitoring fee" that is allowed in every district for Chapter 13s. In my District they get $50/month for post-confirmation monitoring. This money comes from your disposable monthly income (DMI). You will not feel the affects of this fee since it comes from the unsecured pool. These debtor attorney fees are considered priority debt, just like other in-plan attorney fees, the Trustee fee, and then priority tax debt.

You will not be billed. This is between the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee and the attorney.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
