chapter 13 payments

So my payment plan will not be 100% pay back due to my income and my debt. I am worried the payment plan will not allow for my pet costs (3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 horses). None of them are worth $ or would be candidates for rehoming due to age, rescued, non rideable etc. All are my only family and the reason I bother with life. When I took them on my finances were much better. I am obviously not taking on any more. The horses are not boarded but live on my property (much cheaper). I do all the essential care myself but food still needs to be in my budget. Has anyone else gone through this in filing chapter 13? When I suggest an extra shift here and there to offset their expenses my attorney says the courts will just take it and include it in my payment plan. Any feedback appreciated.
