Anyone suffering from this?
I've had my 3rd surgical procedure on my back and wanted to make sure I got a TENS (a medical device) before filing.
I submitted by auto accident claim right before the statute of limitations was up. (Boy, was the adjuster a PITA to me--he acted like he didn't know anything about a claim coming in and I caught him in that lie which got him more ticked off.) Delivered over 200 pages of documentation to him. But the one page letter from my doctor just about says it all. Will hear the results in 2-3 weeks.
I'm making an appointment with the paralegal on Monday to force me to have everything ready.
Why the heck I didn't have all this ready before hand is just so dumb!!!??? I know I've been working like crazy for the last few weeks getting everything from my medical claims, but it's so hard to tie up the loose ends with the BK stuff. Expenses and personal property drives me nuts.
Ok, done wigging out. What did you do to get over your procrastination?
