Hello, I am currently going through the process of filing Chapter 7. What are people's current/recent experience with USAA auto loan once filed for BK? There is no re-affirmation of the loan. Have they reposed your vehicle? Were you allowed to continue paying? Did you secure a loan with another finance institution after filing? How long? I'm open to hearing your experiences; mostly what has worked. And especially from recent USAA members dealing with BK. Thank you.

USAA has not been known to do reaffirmations on vehicles. So long as you are not late on any payment--not even one single payment by even a day--they will not repossess.
