Can a hot tub be reposted in chapter 7 bk?

I don't understand the question about "reposted" and a hot tub. If you're asking if it could be repossessed then the question will become from whom did you purchase the hot tub? In some cases, some creditors keep what's called a purchase money security interest (PMSI) in the products that they sell on credit. It's not so much that it can be repossessed but that they could come and take it to cover their losses.

Now, so many additional questions will then arise. That includes who is the creditor and whether they want to come and get the hot tub. The age of the hot tub matters. Most creditors don't want anything back and would rather have money. The first thing to resolve, first, is from whom it was purchased and whether they have a PMSI.
