Spouse Had accident 3 months ago. Filed Insurance claim, had it sent to their approved shop it's now as of today 3 months. No rental left. Car is finance in my name I am surrendering it. I am stopping paying on it which is due this week so I can pay the attorney fee for ch 7. The shop said the parts they have are damaged and new ones are not available and backorder with no eta possible weeks or months.
what are my options?
There is a deductible still ..

my spouse told the shop to see if they can fix the old parts as the plan has changed to possibly trade or sell the vehicle to see if that could speed up the process.
