Student loan refunds

Hello. I have filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. And just found out I will be receiving a student loan refund as I am in school. My 341 meeting was held on the 4th and at the time I was not aware of a refund. Will the trustee take the refund?

Always ask the attorney. Are you getting the refund because your expenses were less than the amount of the student loan? If it is I would hope that makes a difference since you can keep it and use it for more school related expenses if you have not graduated, yet.
