Ok if your son has a verizon bill in their name but added you on their plan. An your a account manager. Can you add this bill to Chapter 13. Since your paying the bill.

It's not your account so I don't know if you can add them as a creditor in the bankruptcy. While you may receive the benefits of the account, you are not the account holder and have no legal obligation to pay. I think account manager just allows another person to make decisions on the account. Like my adult daughter can go get a phone on her own without me being there. I don't remember there being any financial responsibility to it when I had her sign up as an account manager.I am not an expert. I share my experiences in the Wonderful Wacky World of Chapter 13!
