I am in my 5th month of chapter 13....in for paying back at 100%.....will I get to keep my tax refunds since at 100%?

You need to look at your Chapter 13 Plan or speak to your attorney to confirm. Typical 100% plan do not need to pay 100% of their disposable monthly income or surrender tax refunds.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
