Chapter 13 last payment then what to expect?

I am set to have my last payment automatically withdrawn from my checking account in a couple of weeks and I would like to know what can I expect at this point, should I just wait to hear from the court. I'm assuming I will receive some type of discharge letter or something.
Also my auto loan finance company refuses to provide any information about my account, every time I call them they provide very limited information because they say I'm in an open bankruptcy case, they don't even want to update my address and disabled my online account access, is this normal? I will finish paying off my car in November 2024 which will be about 7 months after completing my bankruptcy payment plan, will they reinstate access and treat me just like a regular customer after bankruptcy completion next month? Does anyone know from their own experience, any answers much appreciated. Thanks

You will receive notification an order for your discharge has been issued. The time from when your last payment is posted, to when the order is issued, to when the discharge is granted varies; in my case it was almost 1-month exactly from the last payment to the order, and then a few weeks before I got notification of the actual discharge.

As for what the financial institution holding your car loan will do, that is anybody's guess; some reinstate you as if nothing ever happened, others will refused to even talk to you unless your attorney demands it.

Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

About 6 months after filing and getting my head out of the sand and realizing exactly what I was dealing with...I had to threaten not to pay if the mortgage company didn't allow me access to make online payments and discuss the account. I directed my attorney to speak with the mortgage company's attorney to get the mortgage company to discuss the account with me throughout the bankruptcy. At one point I thought I was suppose to send the mortgage payment to the Trustee and the Trustee paid but I was wrong and stupidly sent two (2) mortgage payments to the Trustee instead of the mortgage company. After that I became more proactive and conscious of what I needed to do to complete the Chapter 13 plan.
