Bankruptcy in 2013, still living in the house. What happens to the house in divorce?

Bankruptcy was in 2013. We have been living in the house since and paying mortgage timely (did not affirm mortgage) What happens in a divorce with the house? I want to stay here with the kids.

Unfortunately this is not a bankruptcy issue. You need to discuss the property settlement between you and your soon to be ex with your divorce attorney. A bankruptcy done 10 years ago should not impact what you end up doing as it relates to your divorce.
