shipo the OP is probably talking about the TFS website and lockbox that is used by a good number of Chapter 13 Trustees. I have never used TFS since my Chapter 13 trustee used BB&T at the time.

I just did a search and came up with: https://www.tfsbillpay.com/trustees

@Pmqueen please know that your Trustee must support payments this way. It's best to contact your Chapter 13 trustee's office and find out if they allow payments through TFS. Additionally, your trustee may have a website with more details and a "proper" link to TFS.

Also Pmqueen, I don't think TFS shows you your arrears. Typically, people use either 13 Network and/or the National Data Center (a/k/a the "NDC") for checking on general information about claims and payment status of creditors. I believe everyone is in NDC, but some Trustee use 13 Network to manage their cases.
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
